Converting slices to a drum track

Hi! Hope this is not too stupid. I have a long sample with dozens of slices. I used about ten of them in a track but most of the others I don't need. Is it possible to convert only these slices to a new drum track? Or can I only convert the whole sample with this bunch of slices and then organize the drum track deleting those I don't need?
