TouchOSC to connect to windows 7 64bit

Bridge and the android app touchosc installed, both the phone and windows machine connected to one wifi, all firewall, antivirus and VPN temporarily deactivated, but no hosts are being found in touchosc app. I have tried to compensate by just inputting the IP number (1) found on google and with the IPv4 found when running ipconfig from cmd but it does not help, ie. with track and remote set to on in ableton midi settings for touchosc, midi signal is not registered at either end.
Has anyone managed to get touchosc to work between windows and android?
