Ableton packs - how to remember whats in them

Post by shakey_hands » Wed May 13, 2020 3:55 am

Hi,

Ive downloaded a number of packs. The first time i opened each a large info window appeared to the right of the Ableton interface, it explained the pack and its features. But now these don't appear anymore when i click on a pack.

I have a heap of packs. i don't use most of them regularly. And so I have no idea what most of the packs have in them based on there expressive interpretive names e.g build and drop.

The info menu thing that first appeared when i first opened a pack would be REALLY useful to have open every time i click on any pack. Can this occur? or any other ideas on this matter?

Ive got ableton live suite and im on windows

browse through the "PACKS" folder in your library window (on the left).
then right click on a packs name/folder and there is an option to open this "large window" from the beginning... its something like a tutorial or content summary.
