How do you record a live performance?

Post by AustinDsouza » Thu Apr 01, 2021 7:32 pm

I'm a newbie on Live 10 Lite.
It doesn't have a looper. So i tried using the loop function on the top right.
Some midi,, some audio. And jammin is all good.
But how on earth do you record the whole performance?

Ideally i need something that records all the 'loop performing' i hear in my headphones (master track) to a new track (that doesn't loop like the rest of the audio tracks, i tried resampling but that just loops like the rest of it)

I tried searching this forum, online and every YT video ever, but nobody seems to be addressing this problem.

Do i need to download some other software and record into another daw?
I'm surely missing something here. It might be the most basic question, but i can't seem to find a solution to this.

Please help :)

With all your loops in session mode, hit the record button and jam out. Your jam will be saved as played in arrangement view (apart from track mutes and solos)
