This one is really tricky. I realise I have managed to work around it somehow in a while but does not make live easier: clips not starting at the set start position.
The solution must be very simple but has somehow evaded me. Does anyone know the relevant trick to put it right?

That's weird. Are you talking about midi or audio clips (or both) ? Warped ?
Do you mean using the "set start" button in clip view ?
My intuition would say that this could be a question of "global quantization" (or just quantization more generally).
