change live 5 device presets with the clip prog/bank controls trying to change impulse presets from clip to clip in the same track with no luck for an hour
scanned manual/forum must have missed something any links:?

Maybe you'd have some luck with answers to your question if you'd in fact use a coma or a period every now and then. Even a capital letter or an exclamation mark would spice things up. Maybe even make the question into a full sentence.

I really don't get what you're asking for...

what he's asking is whether you can change a live device preset on per clip-basis.

for example, have a track with impulse in it and two clips, clip1 playing with kit1-preset and clip2 playing with kit2-preset.

to my knowledge this isn't possible.

More on the problem:I need to increace the random pitch on a cell in impulse from one clip to the next in session veiw.There is no clip envelope for this parameter.I will look for a solution tonight,help welcome.

the easiest way to do this is to simply copy the impulse to a different track, and set the rand pitch a bit higher there.

Smells of screen clutter and a high cpu load,this is a wish list subject; bring back the on device preset list with clip program change.I would be happy if just the parameters were saved as presets without the samples, even simpler solution would be to make all parameter avalable as clip envelopes.
