pitch up pitch down like in Acid pro (question)

I know for a fact that in acid pro by pressing the "+" or "-" button you pitch up or down the clip a tone down or up accordingly

Can this be done in ableton?

yes just select the transpose with the mouse and then use the + and - key to adjust parameters. All Ableton parameters can be adjusted in the way. A handy feature.
