yeah, sounds like PSP42 in combination with the soundbite xl (formally known as cycloops). note the repeating pattern of track 1 without the metallic feedback sound some way into the next track? that could be the soundbite... don't forget that PSP42 is quite expensive. play a bit with the demo. somewhere here there was even a guy who described how 'exactly' to achieve this sound with PSP. and remember - plagiarism is a form of complement :-).
MBP - Live 5.2 - Serato - Xone:3D - 2xTechniks - SoundBite XL - Korg Electribe MX1

Its just a delay line where the cursor just runs across it smooth. With really short times its litterly a phaser. Try Fab filters timeless ;)
Come to think of it, you can do alot more interesting stuff with timeless.

isn't that just a delay plugin? don't know about the ableton delay plugin , but if you adjust the delaytime of a delayeffect in realtime , you automaticly get this pitchshifting ... shrink the delay time to a few milisec and you get the flanger type sound

OK OK The horse is dead and I'm still kicking it.. SORRY!

BUT... I was just playing with the OhmForce plugs and nearly everyone of them is capable of similar effects.. if not better IMO.

Anyone reckon Hawtin is a sneaky little bugger and he just pops up PSP42 on the screen during a live set to fool everyone? And he is really using the OhmForce plugs?

Apologies if someone already mentioned the OhmForce stuff but I wasn't about to go back through the entire thread.

Cheers...

i can tell you with absolute certainty it's the PSP. but that's already been said 50 times in this thread.

what none of us have, or can get, is his mixer.
