If you could sync live through midi to traktor and then have traktor's audio out set to an in for live... then yes you could do this.
Traktor 2.5 will allow you to sync traktor to an external midi source, which would then allow you to sync traktor to live instead of the other way around
you'd still need to come up with a way to get the audio from one program to the other... rewire or an audio input is the only way to get audio into live currently... and I don't believe that traktor 2.5 will support rewire... sorry man.
