Sites like this are great because you don't have to send attachments ever again. I HATE e-mail attachments so I just stick it on my box.net or skydrive (skydrive allows 50MB files unlike box.net) and send a link to the file by e-mail. I think ISPs should just stop accepting attachments altogether because they're more trouble than they're worth.
By the way, box.net also has a nice widget that you can embed into websites and blogs that lets you stream audio and video straight from your box.
