I´m a newbie at midi controllers, so someone please help me out here.
I´ve plugged the Remote LE into my USB port. Now it should work since it doesn´t use any drivers.
Problem is, where do I put the Ableton template provided on the CD that came with it?
And how do I get up and running on anything. Right now it´s really frustrating, since I´m a total noob in midi controllers.
Please someone have some answers.
Thanks in advance.

Contact novation directly - the after sales tech support was second to none. the guys over there wrote me a very informing and personal response (not some auto reply!!) he even went as far as creating me templates that i uploaded to the Novation Zero remote.
Very Good.

hi there,
i have a remote zero sl, but basically it should work the same way for you:
use the editor software, that ships with the gear. choose the midi-port that connected your gear (usb1 in my case), und afterwards you can either edit the supplied templates (novation gear comes with a bunch of templates) or you can copy your own template...should work fine.
in order to connect and use your remote LE you have to select it in the midi section of live´s preferences.
hope this helps,
have fun
