Can somebody answer please :
I have a scene with, let's say, 2 clips. One is lasting for 2 beats, the other one for 4 beats. Is there a way to change the scene at the end of the longest clip, no matter when i trigger the scene button ? ie, without having to "calculate" if there are 1,2 or 3 beats left before the end of the longest clip ? I know I can "automate" this by telling a clip it should go to the next after it has played, but i would like to loop the scene let's say 2 two times, or 3 times, or 1 time depending on the ambiance...
Sorry for my poor english - hope someone can help me.
Thanks in advance
how to launch a new scene at the end of the former one ?

Just do it the old fashioned way, restart the clip just before it ends? You can map a play button for a track, and it'll play the clip in that track in the current scene. (The button you want appears at the bottom of the track when in MIDI or Key mapping).
Otherwise the only way is to use follow actions but with a space after the current scene.

Yes... check the manual under CLip Launch modes.
If you dont see this window down below, click the little circle L.
Now experiment with setting a different quantization for that long clip.
Also, try some of the other launch modes, like legato.
Also, "follow actions" can be useful if you want to automate a clip looping 3 times, and are also in this little helpful window.
