Hi
Anybody get any experience using a base spec of the M2 Macbook Air for some casual Ableton fun? Nothing live. Just using the stock instruments and some Uhe VSTs probably.
I probably have the money to upgrade either RAM or HD if I have to but would prefer not to. But I'm aware that the base 256 size drive has severe performance issues so any upgrades would be for a 512 disk probably. Leaving me with 8GB of RAM.
I've always gone for 16 before but aware the M1/M2 world may be a different beast
Many thanks for any experiences.
Ian
