Went riding last weekend and just coincidentally tagged on the back of a Berlin cycling club including a 67-year old Olympic silver medallist (Mexico '68) - he burnt off most people half his age - there's hope for us yet...

I'm about to hit 110 miles in three days. Did 32 on Friday, 60 yesterday, and we're off to go mountain biking in an hour. I'm getting tired, that's for sure.

Just coming to the end of reading David Millar's Racing Through the Dark (review link) - if you're at all interested in road racing then read this book - highly recommended...

so... i had a Specialized Rockhopper... i say had because i found out this weekend that someone lifted it... right off my back porch
i was bummed, but it occurred to me today that i have renter's insurance... i've never used it though. any tips or lessons learned about replacing a bike this way from any of you gents??
