Just in time for the start of the Tour de France: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jn0FF1KwL4I

Went riding last weekend and just coincidentally tagged on the back of a Berlin cycling club including a 67-year old Olympic silver medallist (Mexico '68) - he burnt off most people half his age - there's hope for us yet...

I'm about to hit 110 miles in three days. Did 32 on Friday, 60 yesterday, and we're off to go mountain biking in an hour. I'm getting tired, that's for sure. :)

Nah, my beer intake is proportional to my exercise output.

My beer / burger / fries / wings / pizza intake is double my exercise output.

If I didn't ride, I'd be morbidly obese.

Just coming to the end of reading David Millar's Racing Through the Dark (review link) - if you're at all interested in road racing then read this book - highly recommended...

Nice cruiser.

Been thinking about getting this:

You can coast with it too...

Back-pedal brakes are the work of Satan. Trust me.

agree. they can be quite fun though. Just stay off them in icy, rainy conditions!

It's not bad when you live in the plains.
