so i tell my fiancee that i bought a gig case the other day. her response...

you don't even have A gig, let alone many gigs to necessitate an entire case! :roll:

have a mono efx365 and i dont gig, just lugs my shit around between my house and the studio which is at my friends house.

Of course, you can counter that with "The reason I don't have any gigs is because I was waiting to get a gig case in order to start taking bookings."

I told the wife once that I would not replace any of the burnt out elements on the stove top until she learned to cook with more than one pot.

^ that's classic. i tend to cook with numerous pots, pans, and utensils all the time. my fiancee thinks it's not necessary and that it makes too much of a mess to clean up. for her to clean up!
