a friend of mine tattooed a teardrop on his cheek.

We all knew the teardrop has a variety of meanings and could be written off as something with a less serious connotation, but that doesn't take away from the fact that about 99% of the universe sees it as one thing, and it's just a horrible idea.

We gave him so much shit about it, especially since he had no base to get it. He just thought it would make him look "edgy."

Eventually I did kind of feel bad that we gave him so much flak. Still, though, made me facepalm IRL

Permanent cosmetics. Some women even tattoo their make-up on. Gruesome.

There was a guy I knew at work who wanted to get a tribal ban on his arm and was asking around what he should get. I jokingly said he should get a bunch of Barrel of Monkeys joined at the arms. He didn't see it as a joke I guess because that's exactly what he got.

He's in prison now for touching the children. I wonder how that tat is working out for him.

I guess other inmates find him to be more fun than said barrel?

I have a place in my heart for the Barrel of Monkeys as well as a disdain for people with tribal tattoos, unless of course, you're in the tribe. Well done Beats.

He also has a pair of lips tattooed on his ass, not joking. I've never been to prison but I know tattoos in prison are used to show the general population your views, history, status, and affiliations. I don't even want to know what his combination of tattoos says in the rule book.

I'm sure during the admissions process the guards gave him the "this boy is going to get fucked up" shake of the head or face/palm.
