Star Walk looks like the same damn thing and it uses augmented reality so you can use the iPhone/iPad rear camera and be looking at the actual stars/planets with the app’s overlay telling you what you are looking at.

Bought Star Walk. It's buggy as shit. The augmented reality is way off even after calibration - no doubt due to the camera's FOV vs reality vs the lack of power in the code necessary to seriously realign every object per your direction.
