Jeebus, I really miss a great curry and doner kebab, Canada is severely lacking in good Indian restaurants ... Take me back to Yorkshire where there are hundreds of great Indian/South Asian restaurants and food ...
Certain curries are actually British for a start, but that's pissed food, not hanging the day after food; fry ups, roasts and all that.

lacking good Indian restaurants?

I've never tried Indian food in the UK so I can't compare to your experience, but in Ottawa and Montreal I've found many very good ones.
I think it's one of my favorite foods! :D
