However, now I have installed firefox instead, and I prefer firefox, but firefox also fail to open a new window when clicking the icon in the dock. Anyone?
Good thing you didn't.
As far as I know cd = change directory, rm -fR removes directories and files without prompting you. Not even something you should play with. Not sure why he would tell you to do that, I guess he thought it would be funny for you to delete all of your shit.
