If you ever do anymore of these series, in the spirit of open-mindedness I'd like to request that you end each and every tutorial with "At least that's what I do, but use what works best for you." That way they don't come off as so authoritarian. People like at least the illusion of options or being a contributor to the process.

yeah, I should probably be more PC and quit trying to impose my will. Perhaps I will pre-record a blurb at the start and end of every video that says something like "of course there are so many other ways to do it, this is merely a suggestion and in no way should be taken as an order, rule, or "must do" technique."

Thanks for the idea, I in no way felt that I was being threatened into obeying your comment and I wish many blessings on you and your family.

It wasn't actually a request Mr. Allan ... comply or you will be propping up a flyover in New Jersey or wearing concrete boots ...

I'd also like to request that you do a series of more basic fundamentals.

As an example:

Faders
-What happens when you move a fader up
-What happens when you move a fader down
-Why is there a fader on every track?
-Building confidence through the use of faders

Pans
-What happens when you move a pan left
-What happens when you move a pan right
-Creating a bland mix by avoiding pans
-Pans, pots, and deep fryers

Mutes
-Where'd the track go?
-Oh, there it is
-OK, it's gone again
-This is fun

Solos
-Where'd the other tracks go?
-There they are
-Oh! You can solo any track!
-Why a single track sits good in the mix when it's the only track playing

Let me tell you something about life
-She wasn't the first and won't be the last
-Start saving money when you're young
-Being an adult isn't as fun or free as you thought it would be
-But I digress

Etc.
