I have one 8 min track that took 50+ minutes to render as it only uses 1 core when doing so. It was faster for me to set a new audio track to "resample" and record it realtime using all 12 cores
With rendering just being able to use one core, I'm having to use it less and less or I just sit waiting and waiting!

If your song renders in a shorter period of time than it took to render the 3D version of Avatar your song is crap.
