Were they the usual Taco Bell fare, or the native indigenous Del-Rio style taco's? There's a big difference I'm afraid.

Neither.

Homemade.

And they were awesome :x
Did you use plenty of chile sauce and diced habaneros? A truly fine and authentic taco can only be gauged the morning after. In any event....carry on.

Just take a little can or jar of chipoltes in adobo sauce (should be pretty easy to find in any supermarket/Walmart), blend it, add about two tablespoons of *whole grain* dijon mustard, and then add salt and vinegar (of any variety, though I like white) to taste. Then just stir it together and store it in the fridge.
I am sooo doing this for National Pierogi Day aka Saturday. Thank you.

Sorry, no pics. But the sauce is really easy to make. SOOOOO good on everything...recently, I've been putting it in chili which is great (makes the chilly really smokey, as chipoltes normally do).[/quote]
You misunderstand, Amigo....I want to see the after pics. :)
