Any tips on places to play in Auckland and NZ in general?

My music is Mideast Electro body. Anyone know of some good venues for that sort of thing in NZ in general? Look to book some stuff before my visa runs up in April. Posted this also in Local. Thanks!

You could try getting in touch with the Matterhorn down in wellington.
I'm not sure who is doing the bookings for it now so no point in me passing on any email addresses
that i have. Drop them an email with links to your web site and any reviews you might have, or call them up and take a punt.
Stony ridge on waiheke island also books DJ's across the summer.

Another angle is that the Universities are about to go back and they all run pretty active orientation weeks.
Try getting in touch with AUT and Auckland Uni in auckland, Weltec or victoria in Wellington or Even Dunedin on the south island.

Some thing else worth doing would be to search the forum for "Pitch black" and give Paddy a PM.
He might be able to hook you up with actual booking agents.
