Exactly - sugar stimulates the brain, can be harmful and is addictive and not strictly necessary.

Just questions that you need to answer yourself about how much risk you want to take, how much it costs, what are the benefits.

Not sure about oxygen though - I mean you really really need this and it doesn't make you feel any better than not having it because without it you are dead.

I would say: the dosis make the poison, as always.


and: oxygen makes u feel better, but u getting older much faster. thats why antioxidants are selled for staying young.

That reminds me of my space/time continuum theory of human longevity. If you eat all the pies and cakes you might not live as long but you get to occupy more space while you are here.
