I thoroughly enjoyed a Charles Bronson "Death Wish" marathon

A timeless collection of five wonderfully produced and well acted movies portraying pernicious persistent annihilation of a wide and diverse array of creeps and lowlifes. I can't quite explain it, but there's something very satisfying about sitting back in the recliner and going along for a ride throughout the entire venture. :D

Would you say it was even more enjoyable than watching grown men in tight or skimpy outfits chase a ball around a well manicured lawn? That shit gets me pumped.

If you're referring to football, I'd have to give a slight edge to football...and not that NFL shite with overpaid pompous asshats......I'm talking "College Ball Baybee!!".....
On the other hand, if you're referring to something like on Benny Hill with drag queens in tights running around on an estate lawn playing cricket whilst French maids serve up tea and lemonade....well, that's something entirely different worth consideration. :)

Everytime I see Charles Bronson I masturbate furiously. I cannot help it. Just the mere mention of his name gives me wood.

True story, that.

:x

Bronson was/still is "Da Man"....he left us on this planet waaaay to early, only to suffer at the hands of increasingly brutal and audacious thugs. He wouldn't have wasted a split second to shut these ISIS bozo's down, and probably would've mosey'd on over to bitch slap Putin while in the vicinity. I say Phooey at the likes of "The Expendables" clan....pure rubbish.

@movies: kewl!

@nfl being overpaid vs college: Meh, the conferences, colleges, sponsors, coaches all get compensated handsomely. Oh yeah, so do some players (but don't tell anyone) ;)

The person you are thinking of is called Obama, with the help of his lackeys Rassmussen and Merkel.

He did that unprovoked btw.!

I saw Hobo. It is no Death Wish.
However one can not not be soothed by the presence of Rutger Hauer.

I'm looking forward to experiencing the Death Wish marathon.
My movie intake has been low so I need to get my fill.

Well I did see GotG last week but that's for another thread.

I never knew that death wish 2 was the only Cannon group film, I always assumed Bronson was associated with them on more films.

My movie intake has likewise been minimal. Fact is, 99% of the latest movie deuces being dropped these days are real steamers, so you have to go retro to quench your thirst when you get into couch potato mode. I had really high hopes for Godzilla, but that one satisfied me about as much as a lettuce sandwich.

since we're talking revenge movies and the general shittiness of movies in general, i saw this one earlier this year that turned out to be pretty good:

holla!
