Too hard to say at this point. From some of the reviews I've read it's massive, but broken into 4-5 larger areas instead of one world like Skyrim. People are playing 80+ hours and still have huge continents to explore. Crazy.

Going to play Arkham Asylum "again" on PS3 tonight. I've had a glitchy start with this game on PC. First the achievement's problem on STEAM. They mentioned about it, but the fact it was being locked in the game. I'm far from a trophy hunter, but a bit enjoying the feature since it made progressing more enjoyable and relaxing. So, when they dropped Windows Live and the achievement was finally available, we have two options: to play from the beginning or type in some simple coding. I dropped the game since then, which was around 10% played. Was planned to play it first before Arkham City, but now it's backward. Hopefully it's going to work smoothly this time, since I have the other three Batman tittles on the list (Including Black Gate).

So glad PS+ member will get the Hitman Trilogy HD. Specially since many people said, the early series are a better Hitman experience than the Absolution, including the music by the legendary Jesper Kyd.

Yesterday there was a pre-Black Friday deals post and I saw a video game called Titanfall was only 5 dolla so I checked it out and became intrigued and bought it. Haven't played it yet though. Looks like a... blast. And multiplayer looks more interesting than the boring old capture the flag.

Bought Infamous Second Son for $20 on Sony’s weekend flash sale. Played for about 45 minutes, a lot of cut scenes so far but seems important to the story and learning the character moves. It held my interest so far. 45 minutes on a game is like a marathon for me most of the time.

It's a good game. The traversal through the city is pretty fun.

I also heard it’s relatively short which pisses off most gamers but perfect for me considering I rarely finish any game.

Just ordered the hardcopy of Dragon Age Inquisition from Amazon for PS4 for $50 with tax and free shipping (Cyber Monday deal).

But I’m not too happy about it. I’ve just been leaning towards the buy side of the fence, but I wasn’t ready to pull the trigger yet. Just figured I wouldn’t find it for any cheaper if I decided the pull the trigger in the next couple of weeks.

I went ahead and got Dragon Age: Inquisition and Far Cry 4.

FC4 feels more like an expansion pack to FC3, but it definitely has a bit darker feel overall. FC3 had too many bright island-y colors. FC4 has more of the bleak look of FC2. So far it's the same open-world shooting fun that all the others have been, but there's nothing really innovative about it.

I've only put a few hours into DI but so far the combat is pretty fun (gets pretty difficult if you don't strategize). So far it's not as open as I wished. Not a Skyrim style open world for sure. It's more like really, really big levels so far. It's got all the deep systems you expect from an RPG and the typical BioWare conversation trees.

But GTA V remastered is still the best thing that's come out this fall. First person GTA is a riot.

Are there random side missions all over the place? That’s what I’ve heard. I don’t like massive open worlds where you are wondering around forever with not much going on. The main thing that warmed me up to it was “for casual gamers” and that was actually a complaint from a hater. I’m a casual gamer more than anything.

I got about 14 hours into it and started over, just didn't like my main character and made some other mistakes along the way. Much better now that I understand how everything work though.

There's a TON of quests to do all over the place, it's a huge game and it's stuffed with side-quests. Most are fairly unique, some are stupid hard, but for the most part just wandering around will net you 100's of things to do. Or you can ignore them and just focus on the main story if you want, though so far some of the side-quests are pretty cool.

I can't imagine how long it would take to complete everything in this game, it's gotta be close to 200 hours.
