Elektron Analog Rytm

Post by john gordon » Sun Sep 21, 2014 7:04 pm

I know I buy and sell a lot of stuff but this machine is the drum machine of all drum machines. My drums have never sounded so full and hard hitting. Layering a sample on top of analog seems to really do wonders.. If you're thinking of maybe getting this just go for it. No regrets. I'll never sell this piece.

looking into this. Might be a nice compliment to the Octatrack of which I received 2 hrs ago.

Surprised at how small the Octatrack is. If its around the same size, it will be no problem to keep both nice and cozy on checked baggage for when I travel.

I'm really not surprised at all, the thing looks awesome! Finding that one piece of "main stay" gear, you use all the time, changes everything...

I am contemplating this being my next purchase. I would love to hear more sounds from it. Still on the fence between that & the DSI Tempest. I'm just tired of using samples & want to make my own.

have the week off and mine is coming tomorrow or the next day.

had to order direct from the website as there are none here in vancouver and all the shops had no idea when they were coming in.

octatrack is a fantasic(but quirky) machine and am looking forward to the AR

stoked!
