Beatsme Over here over here! ....
I think I found a way to save the rest of this month and maybe next month too.
I dare say I think we can hit two birds with this one stone

Re: Beatsme Over here over here! ....
well after reading the article it's obvious that Mr. James just doesn't understand that hiphop is the best kind of music, with the most talented musicians, and rappers are the geniuses of our day. Now I've heard allot of rap music most of it better than anything else out there musically but the one thing I heard that even surpassed the greatness of rap music was when the president of the united states Barack Obama sang a little bit of Al Green during one of his speeches, omg nothing can compare with that, not even the modern day genius of rap music.

*Joining in the 1 man rant*
I'm a bit lost, however on the bare bones of what your talking about -
You can kill two birds with one stone? What are these metaphorical birds? (Are they even metaphorical?)
How do these relate to copyright infringement? Are you gonna write a track under one pseudonym, then re-release it under another and sue yourself thus creating publicity for both bands (each one being a metaphorical bird?) (If you use this idea I'll sue, by the way....)
The Youtube links gone...you only posted it a couple of hours back, was it more copyrighted material?
Why is it the best music ever? Please explain, I could barely disagree more.

You must be new here
Starving always seems to think that we are part of the internal conversations he has in his head and thus know what he's talking about. If the thread goes on things either become clearer or they don't. If they do, they usually get locked (not his fault though IMO).
That's starving students posting in a nutshell
Oh and killing two birds with one stone is easy, first you hit one bird to pulp with it till it doesn't move anymore, and then you move on to the other

This may or may not be a subject that is near and dear to my heart. I'm unsure why I was summoned.

I don’t know any of the parties involved. For a monster list of potential copyright lawsuits I recommend the following site.

I'm with Bob solely for the fact that madlib didn't list any of the artists on his Brazil Medicine Show, even if some were classics and well known...not cool

I've been wondering forever how he's gotten away with everything, I thought either he has some kind of secret mysterious arrangement or that he was just the luckiest producer out there, I guess it turns out that it was neither.

do not mess up this opportunity to hate on hiphop with me, we have have a job to do dammit
Re: Beatsme Over here over here! ....
Is Hip Hop still being produced? I thought it’s now all House or Trap music with rapping over it. My current Hip Hop, or Rap as it were, consumption consists of the A Tribe Called Quest or Lyrics Born stations on Pandora.
Re: Beatsme Over here over here! ....
^ 2 very good starting points. keep striving, but what ever you do don't start a station based on The Roots. if you do, you'll only hear The Roots after a while so it's easier just to pop in a copy of 1 of their albums and skip the ads and algorithms
