with no more than 3 extra ingredients!
I am willing to make exceptions IF a 4th ingredient is unanimously worth it.
I wanted to step inside the mind of what it's to be be an electronic 'musician' and what they can afford to eat on their 'salary', so I bought a fat sack of red taters and now I'm coming to ask all y'alls field of expertise.
Let's keep this ordlerly, displaying your recipe in the format thusly:
Main Ingredient: Red Potato <--- You can disregard, but please explain it's preparation ie sliced/diced/gutted/slashed/poked, etc.
I. (xtra ingredient)
II. (xtra ingredient)
III. (xtra ingredient)
Recipize
You are permitted to use other than roman normals but please note your subversion is legally accounted by the Abes.
Allow me to start with an example:
Thricely sliced in halves RP's
I. Sprinkle Garlic Salt & Lemon Pepper <--- acceptable exception
II. Shredded Goat Cheese (Midnight Moon recommended)
Bake in Convection oven for ~10 minutes @ 350
III. Sparse drops of Clints Roasted Serrano Salsa over said RPs

Not to go OT already in this thread, but this homemade dressing cheat sheet is probably better served here than in the random picture thread
Re: Classical & Modern Recipes for Red Potatoes
Potatoes fucking red or not. Never had red ones - seems the're different from normal ones which take rather 35-45 minutes in the oven (sliced faster on the pan)... How are they different?
I. Fresh creamy goat cheese as a dip #1
II. steko's salsa as dip #2:
Roasted (smoky) almonds (with or without skin), canned tomatoes, lotsa ground sweet red pepper, chili (smoked or not), olive oil extra virgin, white wine vinegar (caution: slowly cuz easily too much!), fresh garlic, fresh parsley (or fresh cilantro), cumin(!), salt, black pepper.
Mix it up with a hand-blender til it gets creamy with still some crunchy tiny bits.
Bake potatoes with olive oil in oven or fry them in a pan.
III. Seasalt over potatoes before serving
Variant:
I. fresh creamy goat cheese as a dip #1
II. Olive oil mixed with Harissa, oregano (and/or other herbs) & some extra fresh garlic mixed with the potatoes. Then oven.
III. Extra Harissa mixed with olive oil as dip #2
Fuck your fucking rules!
