I don’t know if I’ve ever heard the man talk but going into a podcast interview I fully expected I wouldn’t understand a damn thing he was saying because

He’s British
He’s Keith “personally ingested 30% of the world’s narcotics” Richards
He’s 71-year-old Keith “personally ingested 30% of the world’s narcotics” Richards

But to my astonishment I understood everything he said with hardly an accent detected and he didn’t speak in drug addled riddles. Lots of guitar and music history talk. No crazy road stories, just vague passing references.
