You could try posting a job (or searching through service offers) on Mandy.com - a site dedicated to professional worldwide jobs in Film & TV. If you browse through the job postings you'll see all kinds of work, from full on studio productions to people needing a poster for their film, etc..., ranging from fully paid to low-paid to non-paid.
