Ableton 9 to 10

Hi guys i have a simple question and i cant find the answer on ableton forum,

I have a 9 standard version with free upgrade to live 10.

Is my Live 9 standard version going to be a 10 standard version upon release or a lite ?

If i pay a live 9 suite now at 229 euros with free upgrade to 10 suite
but if i wait the Live 10 release i will pay 379 for the 10 suite

Am i right ?

Your L9 Standard with free update to L10 means you'll have a L10 Standard.
You can still update to Suite of course.
