No login at support

Hello all,
I have a problem occuring about the login at the support page!

It says
"Sorry, unfortunately you don't have an eligible license.
Technical support is only available for users of full Live versions: Intro, Standard or Suite. Please visit our Knowledge Base where you can search for articles to help you."

Unfortunately this is wrong, I bought and own live 10!

The hotline told me that it might be about the cookies of my browser,
I tried annother, negative.

Therefore I cannot contact the support about my probelem to access the support (and draw a ticket about my crashes)!?

Has anybody overcome a login-problem at the support site (my login at the ableton site works...)

Servus Tarekith,
I used that email-adress- Thank You!

In the meantime I´m using an ableton live 10 set
that only involves 2 external vst-plugins

and therefore I using this time to

LEARN MORE ABOUT LIVE - and it pays of so quickly!
