Beatport Users: Are Mp3s from Beatport iTunes Copmatible?

I want to start buying music from BeatPort. I have tried to email their support to find out if its compatible with iTunes, such that I will only need to add a file/folder to my itunes library etc., but the automated reply I received states "If you're a client we will reply within 24-48 hours" or something like that. It doesn't sound like they'll be getting back to me, so I thought I would ask around.

If I buy from Beatport will I have compatibility issues in terms of listening to music through my iPod, thus iTunes?
