Scenes launching immediately

I opened Ableton Live 10 today and played a song I started writing earlier in the week. I played the first scene, but pressed the lauch button on the second scene a couple of beats before the first was over. Normally, it would wait till the end before playing the next scene, but today it played it immediately. What happened and how can I fix it?

You probably hit the key command to change the launch quantization by mistake. CMD+9 will put it back to 1 Bar, you can change it at the top of Live's screen too.
