Live license vanished

Hello,

Has this ever happened to any of you?

All worked fine until yesterday when I reinstalled a fresh copy of Win 10 and have been trying to install Ableton, unfortunately when I go to ableton account, my license is gone. Tried re-entering the serial number and it says license has been added but it doesn't show up. Tried emailing support which resulted in nothing yet, tried calling quite a few times but no agent is picking up.

Tried launching the old Ableton program from the old drive and it doesn't work anymore either..

Is there something going on at Ableton servers or what? Forum search only brought a post from 2009 which was resolved instantly it seems.
