Brands names alone aren’t how to shop. You need to look at specs, hardware components, cpu speed and make, memory and storage specs, connectivity options, bios options, reviews, etc. like buying a new car, You need to research as much as possible to compare optionsethnotronik wrote: ↑Sun Aug 04, 2019 9:02 pmRazer, Lenovo or Dell XPS
These are my three choices...any objections?

Apart from killer CPU, 32-64GB Ram and a Thunderbolt 3, I don't know what else I should be looking at...Speedstep option to turn off...4k would be nice...
What else?
What else?

Yes,
2 hard drives, Thunderbolt 3, 32-64GB ram, 4k display would be a plus, and should be user upgradeable...with the option to disable speedstepping...
Lot of choices and a lot of research work...
