Recording Video

Post by Hudat » Thu Oct 11, 2018 1:55 pm

Hey all,

I'd like to set-up a camera so that I can record video of beatmaking while I'm recording a track as well (so that everytime I record audio in ableton I automatically record the video to go with it), to make "behind the beats" type videos. Anyone know if this is possible? Thanks in advance!

I don't know anything that will automatically start the video of you recording when you start recording in Ableton. You'll have to manually edit the video and audio files to match after the fact like the rest of us :) Personally, I use Screenflow for all my video editing these days, even those that don't have to do with screen captures.
