I want to use Elektron Analog Four as external hardware in Ableton 9 using Focusrite Scarlett 2I4 (2ND GEN) Usb Audio Interface. So I do this:

1.- Connect the MIDI out of your Focusrite to the MIDI in on Elektron Analog Four

2.- Connect the audio out of the hardware device to the input on your audio interface switched to Inst.

3.- Connect the MIDI sync. out A of Elektron Analog Four to the MIDI in port on Focusrite Scarlett 2I4

Enable my audio interface and click "Input Config":

and in Input config I was expecting to find Elektron Analog Four but Its not the case ??

You won’t see the Analog Four listed as an audio interface because it is not an audio interface.

You need to connect the synth’s audio outputs to the inputs on the interface, which you say you have already done. Then enable the interface’s inputs and outputs in Live.

But when I play the Synthesizers I can hear what I play through the speakers, but the volume in the track of Ableton is mute so I can't record anything

Analog 4 can absolutely be used as an audio interface.

Look into Overbridge: https://www.elektron.se/overbridge/

It gives you a lot of options. You can route each oscillator to its own track if you want.
