I wonder how many of you receiving automated messages from Ableton Support which do not help at all. I reported one issue and in 6 weeks I received 3 times the same message. Theyasked for report file. I've sent it. They asked again. They asked for video file I've sent it, they ask again, .....
It seems like I'm talking to either ROBOT or an IDIOT
I'm completely loosing my patience !
When I started with LIVE3 CustomerSupport was excellent, not it one of the worst I've ever seen. Paying several hundreds to last upgrade I would expect at least minimum, and all I get is a garbage messages. I've never been so disapointed with Ableton to the point that I'm simply pissed off!
I wonder if there is anything to influence them to designate more people to fix issues (?)
