Hi,
The 'default' sample rate is set at 48k with 256 buffer. When I try to change this to a higher sample rate Live crashes. When I reopen, Live freezes again and it take two attempts to get it to open, again at 48k. I am using a Focusrite Sacrlett 4i4 gen 3. Anyone have any tips I could try? Thanks
Live crashes when changing sample rate
Re: Live crashes when changing sample rate
This shouldn't happen. Are you up-to-date with your Scarlett driver/firmware and Live?

I have the same problem, but on top of that when I bump up a sample rate all my projects get screwed up. The WARP mode turns on (unattended) and I am no longer able to play my audio tracks normally

So I discovered that the best way to change a sample rate in Live is not to have any project loaded. Then it seems to work OK

Do you not read answers people give you?????aklisiewicz wrote: ↑Sun Jun 13, 2021 4:14 amSo I discovered that the best way to change a sample rate in Live is not to have any project loaded. Then it seems to work OK
You complained about this in another thread and I suggested it’s probably due to plugins having to internally change their settings for change in sample rate and you should not change sample rate with live open.... I’m saving my breath and not spending time even trying to help you anymore as you don’t ever seem to read things.
