Ableton Support Team offline?

Hey! Did anyone noticed about Ableton Support team not responding to the emails sent to support@ableton.com

Haven't got any response from them. I'm trying transferring the license and it's taking so much time than usual.

Unfortunately with Covid and it just being busier for support due to the summer months, we are dealing with extremely long wait times for support responses. Rest assured your questions have been received, it's just taking a lot longer than normal to get replies out. Please bear with us, and thanks for your patience during these unprecedented times.
