I'm not very rich therefore I've been using Ableton Live 10 Lite for the past year. When I redeemed my Live 9 Lite code in 2019, it automatically upgraded to Live 10.

Will Lite users also get a free upgrade to Live 11?

We don't know, really.

With 10 they didn't announce anything beforehand, one day all Lite licenses got updated to 10 without warning.

It was only after 10's official release (weeks, maybe months after).

Before 10 the Lite licenses didn't upgrade.

I hope they do upgrade, seems easier for everyone involved.
