Damn, that's high ! 35ms at 44100Hz.
I used to don't really care about "plugin" latency, but I've learnt a lesson the hard way :
I started the recording of a song. Everything went well until I dropped a Spectral Resonator. I didn't realize I had "reduced latency when monitoring" unchecked (I had to make a reset of the configuration files, but that's another story). Then each audio recording were suffering from sudden latency? It took me a while to figure what was going on.
It may sound obvious to most of you, but damn, these concepts and numbers are so important to understand.

You can fight against FFT...
Spectral Time, though, has an option to "remove" the latency (right-click its title bar), or at least to make it useable with live instruments.

That's right, FFT stuff always takes some time to process.
