Please put "SOLD" in the thread topic after a sale

Post by Ableton_David » Sat Jan 22, 2011 3:20 am

New request to keep things organized here - once you've sold an item, please edit the thread topic to start with the word "SOLD" in all capital letters. If you're selling multiple items in one thread, then please put "SOLD" up once those items are all gone.

Best,
David / the Ableton forum team

It's really a significant notification. It will help us to identify the unsold items. Sometimes as they put no "sold" notification, we waste time on thinking on negotiation on sold goods.

david i tried to put "sold" in several of them including this one, but it won't let me edit the posts. do you actually have to be the poster to do this?

You need to be the OP to indicate that something has been sold, yes.

Same question, how to edit the topic? It appears unavailable to me, even though I started it. thx.

UPDATE: I figured it out. Just edit the original post subject line and the thread title is edited to match.
