8.4b3 64 bit doesn't recall plugin gui positions

Although Live has never supported multiple monitors properly, I've found it quite useful that I can move all the plugin windows to my second screen and keep the Live window on the primary one.

Before this beta, Live would recall the last plugin gui position of all the plugins across the session when I opened up a previous session. Currently, if I close and reopen a session, all plugin gui windows reset to their default position on the primary monitor and I have to move them all again.

Not a biggie I guess, but I much prefer the old behaviour and thought I'd let you know.
