tested on 8.4b3 versus 8.3.3:

when loading a project in 8.4b3 the graphic progress is frozen.
In 8.3.3. same project no graphic progress issue.

The progress bar at the bottom of the Live window works fine,
usually the mouse turns into a sphere which circles while loading a project.
This does not happen under Live 8.4b3, but works with 8.3.3..

the screenshot would show a static graphical progress sphere only...
Is this what you want?

Guess only the project *.als file, no other files?

AddOn:
Actually, this happens with ALL projects being loaded.
Can't say so far, if it only happens with projects originally made with Live 8.3,
or also with projects newly saved under 8.4 also.

Good news!.
If you see such UI freezes again, just send us a screenshot with a few lines/arrows/boxes showing us which part of the UI is frozen.
I am locking this thread, please feel free to open another if it happens again.
