Hi Tetraa.

My guess would be that Emu did not develop a 64 bit driver for this device, could that be the case?

Best,

Same problem here. The 64 bit version of Ableton 8.4.9beta crashes immediately when the E-mu card is selected in preferences. 32bit version works fine.
The 2 year old Emu-pcie1616m 64bit Asio driver does work in Reaper, and Sonar X2. running under Windows 7 x64

Live 64bit b9 works fine with EMU 1820 M PCI (not officially supported!!!) and Windows 7 64 bit

If i'm not wrong EMU released 64bit driver for 1616 only, be sure to have it installed...

Hi,

We would need the crashlogs to be able to find out why it is not working. Please send it to crashes@ableton.com

Best,
Mads
