Did they ever fix the Waves bugs?

Are they fixed in 8.4 64-bit? Will they be fixed in 9?

I'm having an issue with waves and UAD plugs in Ableton 9.
UAD vsts don't all show up. UAD AU working.
Waves VSTs not showing. Waves AU must be turned on and off again to get them working.
Anyone overcome these issues?
OSX 10.8.2
2 Ghz Intel Core i7 15inch MacBook Pro Early 2011, 8GB Ram

same here, osx 10.6.8, waves 9r10 .

in live...only vst supported...
